Professional Statement

I love working with people who are going through transitions in their life because transitions are where we are most ripe for change. I specialize in helping adults in their late 20s and 30s navigate the transitions of early to mid-adulthood, be it identifying the steps to better career satisfaction, engaging in healthier relationships, or integrating any facet of their identity such as their sexual orientation, gender identity, or cultural identity.

I practice from a humanistic perspective, meaning that I believe therapy's role is not just symptom management, but to help you envision and identify living a life closer to your ideal life and a life authentically closer to your values.

Our sessions will go at a pacing that honors where you happen to be with each of your challenges, since I treat all my clients as experts of their own experience.

I have an office space in Greenpoint, Brooklyn (Wednesdays and Thursdays) and practice in Manhattan (near Penn Station) on Fridays.
