What is anxiety?

•    Talk therapy: Speaking to a counselor or therapist about your worries can alleviate your symptoms.

•    Self-care: Taking care of yourself is the most important part of battling anxiety. Quitting smoking, exercising more and sticking with a healthy diet can reduce the symptoms of your constant worries.
